At the heart of the academy lies the understanding that transformation is not created through pressure or performance alone. Real growth often begins when people reconnect with themselves — emotionally, mentally, creatively and physically. This philosophy led Martina to develop AuditiveCoaching©, a unique coaching approach that integrates music, sound and voice into professional coaching processes. Rather than relying solely on analytical conversation, AuditiveCoaching© opens spaces for resonance, emotional depth, self-awareness and authentic expression. Alongside coaching trainings, the academy also offers programs in Sound Healing Voice, mindfulness, awareness training and resonance-based personal development. The intention is not to overwhelm people with concepts, but to create meaningful experiences that support clarity, coherence and human connection.
Before founding the academy, Martina spent more than twelve years as co-founder and executive board member of an internationally operating high-tech company.
Over time, her professional path evolved toward coaching, sound, voice and transformational education — combining business experience with deep human understanding and creative approaches to personal development.
Today, her work integrates coaching, resonance, sound, mindfulness and emotional awareness into a unique learning experience that bridges structure and intuition, professionalism and humanity.
